1. Hospital lifts with machine room-

Geared machines are mostly used in passenger elevators with machine rooms. We employ a traction machine with a precision mode gearbox. To support the lift sector, we use precisely engineered geared traction machines. Worm Wheel Reduction Gear Box and AC induction motor are used in these machines. These machines are built to last a long time. The machine’s life is extended by using high-quality lubricant. These geared machines can reach heights of up to 80 meters and speeds of up to 2.0 mps.

2. Hospital lifts without machine room(MRL Lifts)-

A gearless machine is utilized in a passenger elevator without a machine room. Additionally, the shaft will contain the gearless machine. Our gearless traction machines are precision-built High Torque Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors. Compared to geared machines, these machines are more efficient and use less power. The machine guarantees exceptional efficiency because it does not have a reduction gearbox. These machines don’t need to have their oil changed because they are sealed for life. Because there is less noise and vibration than with a geared machine, these machines also give passengers a smooth ride. The gearless machine is typically equipped with 2:1 roping, which lowers the machine’s kilowatt rating needed to support a certain load and improves efficiency. When compared to geared machines, these machines can save up to 30% on power. Applications for this machine that don’t require a room are possible. These machines can be utilized for both high-speed and low-speed applications. Gearless machines are used in all high-rise, high-speed elevators.
